Direct Sales & Marketing Interns - 3 Positions (2 women and 1 man)
- • Lead generation.
- • Sub-supplier correspondence and sourcing - Vendor Communications on goods availability.
- • Assist the project & procurement team during the execution of the project.
- • Proposal planning.
- • Develop company’s database related to all key information & sub-suppliers offer.
- • Preliminary study of the site survey and the basic scope of supply& concept of system.
- • Reply to the technical queries (TQ) that is raised by the client.
- • Provide all the necessary information / documents to the client to get the technical approval on the
given offer.
- • Attend technical meeting with the clients for product expert’s and product managers.
- • Prepare a quote and send to client upon approval by the line manager.
- • Work on pre-qualifications, tenders and dispatch to client then follow up until a lead is closed.
- • Detailed cost estimation.
- • Preparation of detailed technical & commercial offer along with compliance / deviation statement.
- • Techno & Commercial clarification with the client (after evaluation by client).
- • Post order correspondence with internal team members.
- • Attend project kick-off meetings.
- • Prepare detail notes on the key information /new technology and update product catalogues.
- • Responding to the assignment given by product manager on topic such as.
- • Product catalogue Study.
- • Complies with all relevant Safety, quality, health and Environmental procedures to ensure a healthy
and safe work environment.
Qualifications and experience requirements
- • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing.
- • Fresh graduates who have just completed their academic course.
- • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- • Presentable and good in time management.
